Job summary

Cox Enterprises via Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and advanced diagnostics in a mobile/field setting. You will lead on-site repairs and coordinate with customers, while maintaining safety standards and documentation using TRAIT on an iOS device.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years related experience.
• 3+ years experience with refrigerated equipment.
• DOT pre-employment background check and medical screen required.
• Valid driver's license and age 21+ required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on mobile sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, test and road test equipment to verify repairs.
• Manage parts inventory and service truck supplies.
• Document work via RO on TRAIT app with photos.
