Job summary

Leidos’ Undersea Systems Division in San Diego, CA seeks a Mission Integrator for Unmanned Vehicles Systems Engineer to act as a senior technical interface among engineers, fleet personnel, and customer representatives. The role translates operational needs into engineering and testing activities, supports fleet exercises, and delivers technical briefings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• At least 10 years in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with complex maritime or defense systems.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, operators, and government customers.
• Experience developing or executing test and evaluation plans and procedures.
• Experience communicating findings through written products and briefings.
• Ability to travel extensively and obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support test and evaluation activities for maritime systems and fleet operations.
• Serve as a technical representative at the San Diego customer site.
• Translate operational needs into engineering, testing, and demonstration activities.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, and program management.
