Leidos is seeking a Lead Test and Integration Engineer to guide testing and validation of underwater maritime technologies in the Undersea Systems Division. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop comprehensive test plans, and oversee integration of software and electro-mechanical systems for Navy missions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Ocean), Computer Science, Physics, or Math.
• 4+ years of hands-on testing, integration, validation, and verification with software and electro-mechanical systems including test procedures.
• Experience with testing frameworks, scripting languages, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in test automation, data acquisition systems, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to document results clearly.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

• Test and Validate: Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure system functionality and requirements compliance.
• Integrate systems and conduct hands-on testing: Develop and execute integration plans, perform testing and verification of software and hardware.
• Collaborate: Work with systems engineers, software developers, and hardware teams to resolve issues during testing.
• Automate Testing: Develop automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline validation processes.
• Analyze Results: Document and analyze test results and prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
• Support Development: Emphasize design-for-testing during system development and integration.
• Mentor Team: Guide and mentor engineers through testing phases of the product lifecycle.
