Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mission Engineering Analyst in Beavercreek, OH to develop and analyze multi-domain simulations using AFSIM. You will model space, air, maritime, and ground systems and collaborate with SMEs and software engineers to produce actionable insights for DoD programs.

Applicants should have 6–8+ years in modeling/analysis, strong programming (Python/MATLAB), and experience with DoD missions. A TS clearance or eligibility is required; 50% in-office work at Beavercreek, Arlington,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience (6+ with Master’s).
4+ years of modeling, simulation, and analysis, preferably using AFSIM.
Proficiency in Python or MATLAB.
Deep understanding of military operations at mission/campaign level (DoD programs).
Experience in multi-domain military systems modeling and Agile DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

Develop models of multi-domain systems of systems and software in mission-level simulations using AFSIM.
Create advanced models of space, air, maritime, and ground systems; conduct evaluation and validation.
Apply Object-Oriented Programming to maximize scalability and extensibility.
