Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science with 12+ years of related experience; Master’s considered.
- 7+ years in modeling, simulation, and analysis, preferably using AFSIM.
- Proficiency in Python or MATLAB.
- US citizenship with a Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible.
Responsibilities
- Develop models of multi-domain systems in mission-level simulations using AFSIM.
- Create models of space, air, maritime, and ground systems and validate them.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming to maximize M&S scalability.
- Analyze simulation results and communicate effectiveness for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with SMEs, software engineers, and analysts across Leidos.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Document development processes and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest AFSIM capabilities.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
