RTX is recruiting a Senior Simulation Analysis Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will join a high-performing team analyzing threats and building decision-support models using advanced simulation software.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of related experience, expertise in MATLAB or Python, and experience in multiple engineering or computing domains. Onsite work is expected with travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Experience in two of: systems engineering life cycle, C/C++/Java, AI/ML, HPC.

Responsabilités

• Support the design, development, and/or utilization of high-fidelity digital simulation software in advanced technical computing environments.
• Contribute to trade studies to assess system performance of weapons against a variety of threats across kill chain scenarios.
• Contribute knowledge of performance engineering to evaluate computational problems and inform system improvements.
