RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks Sr. Systems Engineer - Modeling Simulation & Analysis to develop high-fidelity simulations for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support.

You’ll contribute to modeling solutions and trade studies within multi-disciplinary teams including GNC and Signal Processing, delivering simulations aligned to program schedules. At least 5 years in engineering or STEM, with C/C++ and Python/MATLAB, and the ability to obtain a Interim Secret security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant prior experience

Aufgaben

• Create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
• Develop and implement modeling solutions, conduct trade studies and evaluate system performance
• Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to others as needed
• Work with GNC, Signal Processing, and other teams to perform simulations per program schedule
• Develop approaches and solutions across the product lifecycle from concept to fielded product
• Provide technical expertise for simulation products and interact with government counterparts as needed
