RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Tucson, AZ campus. You will design, develop, and partner with multi-disciplinary teams to strengthen missile system software and hardware interfaces, ensuring effective integration and testing from the outset.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with 5+ years in Systems Engineering, MBSE, and requirements management, with strong modeling and analytical skills. On-site role with travel opportunities and robust benefits.

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and MBSE, requirements development and verification.
• Experience with software integration/test for hardware/software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Update and maintain system and subsystem requirements for embedded software and test systems.
• Model the system and development/production processes using Cameo.
• Conduct trade studies and present results to customers.
• Provide SE technical oversight during integration and test activities.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software and Test teams on program tasks.
• Mentor new team members and share Systems Engineering expertise.
