RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer II - Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineer to tackle high-fidelity simulations for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support. This onsite position located in Tucson, AZ involves developing modeling solutions, conducting trade studies, and collaborating with GNC and signal processing teams.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Science/Math and hands-on experience with C/C++ and Python or MATLAB, enabling you to contribute across the

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with object-oriented C/C++ programming.
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for data evaluation.
• Experience modeling, simulating, and/or analysis of physical systems.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance, and flight test support.
• Develop and implement modeling solutions, and conduct trade studies on system/subsystem performance.
• Collaborate with team (GNC, Signal Processing, others) and provide guidance to junior members.
• Perform simulation activities per program schedule and lifecycle from concept to fielded product.
