RTX is seeking a Senior Simulation Analysis Engineer to join the ISMA center in Tucson, AZ. You will work on high-fidelity missile simulations to power decision support systems and contribute to validation of models and software components.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, and experience with MATLAB/Python and C/C++/Java, AI/ML, or HPC. Some travel (<10%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Experience in two or more: Systems engineering life cycle; Software development with C/C++ and/or Java; AI/ML/Surrogate Modeling; HPC.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy high-fidelity digital simulation software.
• Contribute to trade studies assessing weapon system performance.
• Apply performance engineering practices to evaluate computational problems and inform system improvements.
• Collaborate with program, customers, or experts to generate data for decisions.
• Develop and validate model-based decision-support solutions and components.
• Occasional travel (<10%).
