Job summary

Phoenix Industrial, part of MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure, seeks a Project Manager for multi-craft/mining EPC projects up to $100M. You will lead safety, quality, and project controls, coordinating engineering, vendors, and JV partners to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget execution.

The role requires interfacing with clients and internal teams, enforcing safety plans, reviewing schedules and costs, and mentoring field staff. Willingness to travel and relocate is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management is required.
• Experience in MSHA-regulated mining and aggregate operations is preferred.
• Strong safety culture and ability to lead safety programs on site.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering plans and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the site management team.
• Represent PHX in client interactions and maintain professional conduct.
• Coordinate with client, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors on project issues.
• Champion the Corporate Safety Plan and develop site-specific safety plans.
• Review progress, identify productivity issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Review and approve submittals and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project controls including schedule, cost, and risk.
