You will direct workforce planning, safety, schedule, and cost control while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure profitable project execution.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in industrial construction, strong leadership, and a track record delivering complex projects across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Construction Management, or a related technical discipline; equivalent industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC and sub contract construction projects across the mining industry.
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies.
• Provide oversight of project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, productivity, cost control, and contract compliance.
• Direct workforce planning, craft staffing forecasts, recruitment strategies, mobilization plans, and labor productivity initiatives across multiple projects and regions.
• Oversee construction readiness reviews, constructability assessments, risk evaluations, and project gate approvals.
• Support business development, proposal preparation, estimate reviews, execution planning, and client presentations during pursuit and pre-award phases.
