Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a Project Manager to oversee a multi-craft mining EPC project up to $100M. You will manage safety, quality, and all project controls, directing engineers, JV partners, and suppliers to successful delivery.

Extensive client interfacing and on-site leadership are essential. You will lead safety programs, develop site plans, review submittals, and manage change orders while ensuring alignment with the Prime Contract.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MSHA safety standards and accident prevention programs.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams on large-scale mining or EPC projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, schedule, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full site management team (Construction Manager, Project Engineer, Quality Manager, Safety Manager).
• Represent PHX professionally in client interactions and communications.
• Lead safety initiatives, JSA reviews, toolbox talks, and safety training.
• Approve major changes, subcontracts, and change orders with the Prime Contract.
• Coordinate schedule, procurement, and field activities for on-site execution.
