Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Project Manager to lead standalone multi-craft, joint venture, or EPC mining projects up to $100M. You will oversee safety, quality, and project controls while coordinating with engineering teams, JV partners, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires interfacing with all project stakeholders, managing budgets, schedules, and field operations, and driving adherence to company safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-craft or EPC projects up to $100M in mining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management team including Construction Manager, Project Engineer, Quality Manager, and Safety Manager.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, vendors on project issues.
• Develop and implement site safety plans and quality documentation.
• Monitor schedule progress, productivity, and labor rates; propose solutions.
• Review and approve project plans, submittals, and change orders.
• Provide field support and manage subcontractor operations; maintain project records.
