MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-craft, JV, or EPC mining projects up to $100M. You will oversee safety, quality, and project controls, coordinating engineering, technology providers, and partners. You must drive schedules, budgets, and client relations with a strong safety focus.

This role requires extensive MSHA-regulated mining experience, top-tier leadership, and the ability to manage large teams on-site across phases from planning to turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management.
• Ten years of field experience.
• Experience in MSHA-regulated mining and aggregate operations.
• Maintained compliance with MSHA safety standards and participated in accident prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage entire site management team.
• Represent PHX in client interaction activities.
• Communicate with client, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Champion PHX’s Corporate Safety Plan and develop a site-specific safety plan.
• Review schedule progress and identify productivity issues.
• Drive master schedule and project controls.
