Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-craft mining projects up to $100M, ensuring safety, quality, and control of project execution. You will coordinate with engineering teams, JV partners, and suppliers, driving schedules and costs while upholding MasTec safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have 10 years of field experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management, and MSHA mining exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management.
• 10 years of field experience.
• Experience in MSHA-regulated mining and aggregate operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the site management team (Construction Manager, Project Engineer, Quality Manager, Safety Manager).
• Represent MasTec in client interactions and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead safety programs, perform toolbox talks, and enforce the Corporate Safety Plan.
• Review and manage project controls, schedule progress, and cost forecasting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
