Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Project Manager to lead large mining-focused EPC projects up to $100 million. You will oversee safety, quality, and project controls, directing engineering teams and JV partners while interfacing with clients and suppliers.

Strong emphasis on safety, productivity, and on-time delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and construction management, 10 years of field experience, and MSHA mining familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management.
• 10 years of field experience.
• Experience in MSHA-regulated mining and aggregate operations.
• Maintained compliance with MSHA safety standards and accident prevention programs.
• Contractor oversight and workplace safety oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage entire site management team.
• Represent PHX in client interactions and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Champion the Corporate Safety Plan and develop site safety plans.
• Review progress, plans, and schedules; identify productivity issues and propose solutions.
• Lead the budgeting, change orders, and master scheduling processes.
• Provide field support and supervise subcontractor operations.
• Develop and maintain project controls, records, and communications.
