Qualifikationen

• Construction Management or Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Aufgaben

• Monitor CPM schedule and report progress of construction activities.
• Coordinate with craft/subcontractors and supervision to resolve issues.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings with foremen and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor 3-week look-ahead schedule for the scope.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance across all crews.
• Maintain site logs and accurate progress documentation.
