Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a Boilermaker Superintendent/Construction Manager to mobilize to a Cartersville, GA project. You will supervise craft personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold safety, quality and schedule commitments across a demanding power/industrial build.

Responsibilities include mentoring on-site teams, maintaining daily logs, ensuring adherence to union agreements, and delivering on project milestones with disciplined cost control and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Manager to ensure adherence to safety, quality and performance standards.
• Monitor and report on schedule, productivity and cost.
• Direct hire supervision and subcontractor coordination on site.
• Develop and communicate 3 Week Look Ahead schedules and plans.
• Mentor field staff and ensure compliance with union agreements.
