Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced construction field leader to supervise craft and subcontractor activities on a major project in Lawton, OK. You own your work, its safety and quality, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership in equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass onboarding checks.
• Pre-employment background/drug screen per laws.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CPM schedule and report progress against project milestones.
• Assist craft/subcontractors with issues related to drawings, schedule, safety and quality.
• Track productivity, progress, costs and report to management.
• Lead daily/weekly planning meetings with teams.
• Develop Look Ahead schedules and corrective action plans.
• Ensure materials, manpower and resources are available on site.
• Manage punch lists and site records, timesheets and invoices.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and supervisors on work plans.
