You will drive 3-week look‑ahead planning, monitor productivity, and uphold safety standards while building strong field teams for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Pre-employment requirements may include background check, drug screen, and MVR.
• OSHA 10 certification noted in the postings.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction execution on power generation projects including earthwork, foundations, undergrounds and related scopes.
• Monitor field activities against CPM schedule and report milestones and productivity.
• Coordinate with supervisors, field engineering, quality, safety, and controls to remove roadblocks.
• Review drawings and specs to clarify scope, sequencing and installation details.
• Develop 3-week look-ahead plans and ensure resources are available.
• Provide direction, training and development to foremen and craft teams.
