Job summary

Black & Veatch on Overland Contracting project seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent/CM for a Harriman, TN site. You will mobilize to the project, coordinate on‑site activities, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards end‑to‑end.

Ideal candidates bring 14+ years supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s in construction/engineering, OSHA training, and strong leadership skills. This safety‑sensitive role offers comprehensive benefits and ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 14+ years of construction supervisory experience required, with at least 3 years as a construction manager.
• OSHA Training and ability to obtain pre‑employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site subcontractor activities to meet CPM schedule and project requirements.
• Lead and mentor superintendents; monitor productivity, safety, and quality.
• Manage subcontractor schedules, budgets, and change management processes.
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports and maintain client relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project policies.
