Qualifications

• 11+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License. Pre-employment checks may be required (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, MVR).
• OSHA 10 certification.]

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct hire craft and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, schedule and performance goals.
• Develop and monitor 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule and corrective actions to maintain productivity.
• Ensure adherence to Black & Veatch standards, policies, and union agreements on site.
• Mentor and develop subordinate supervisors; coordinate with project engineers and field teams.
• Communicate schedule requirements and progress to all levels of supervision and subcontractors.
