Overland Contracting Inc, a Black & Veatch company, seeks an experienced Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead field teams on industrial projects. You will oversee craft supervision, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance while driving schedule progress and cost control in a dynamic, travel‑heavy role.

Preferred candidates hold a construction management or engineering degree with 8+ years of supervisory experience, OSHA 10, valid license, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Monitor CPM schedule and report progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and craft supervision.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.
• Lead planning meetings and 3 Week Look Ahead scheduling.
• Maintain site records and prepare assistance for CIRs.
