Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Minimum: valid driver's license and ability to complete onboarding.
• Preferred: degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• OSHA 10 certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction execution on simple cycle and combined cycle projects.
• Coordinate with craft supervisors, field engineering, and quality teams.
• Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules for civil work.
• Assist with safety, productivity, and cost-performance targets.
• Maintain daily logs, look ahead planning, and turnover readiness.
• Provide direction to foremen and craft teams and ensure safe work practices.
