Job summary

HDR is seeking a Military Planning Project Manager to lead multi-facility planning efforts for DoD/War and Federal clients. You will manage teams, supervise staff, and deliver master plans, site studies, and economic analyses while coordinating with clients and Operations to keep schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of related experience, at least 2 years in PM, DoD security clearance flexibility, and willingness to travel internationally; HDR emphasizes

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong organizational skills.
• Active DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead military planners and analysts across teams.
• Prepare workshops, charrettes, and briefs.
• Oversee QA/QC and align deliverables with client scopes.
• Manage project finances and corrective actions.
• Develop fee proposals and pursue new contracts.
• Coordinate with Operations and other PMs.
