HDR in the United States seeks a Military Planning Project Manager to lead DoD/DoW projects from pursuit through delivery. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and manage data, charrettes, and reports to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years related experience in planning or military programs.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead military planning projects from pursuit to delivery and closeout.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of planners, analysts, editors, and GIS specialists.
• Prepare workshops, briefs, and deliverables to meet contract scopes.
• Ensure QA/QC, financial tracking, and risk management in projects.
• Develop fee proposals and coordinate with clients for budgets.
