HDR is seeking a Military Planning Project Manager in Colorado Springs to lead facilities planning for DoD/DoW clients. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate workshops, and deliver high‑quality reports on schedule and budget.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of related experience, and 2+ years in project management; DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred. HDR offers employee ownership and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong organizational skills.
• Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of military planners, analysts, production coordinators, editors, GIS / CAD specialists, and other engineering and architectural disciplines as required.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and charrettes with stakeholders to support project objectives and outcomes.
• Prepare and conduct in-briefs and out-briefs with leadership to support project milestones and kickoffs.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to align deliverables with client contracts and policies.
• Manage financial status of projects and negotiate with clients on fees and budgets.
