Responsibilities

• Leads formulation and implementation of long- and short-term plans to increase market share and growth.
• Develops new business with prospects with large and complex credit needs within the assigned portfolio.
• Maintains and expands relationship with top clients, cross-selling TD’s products and services.
• Makes calls independently and mentors junior Relationship Managers.
• Contributes to coaching, training, and team leadership of less experienced RM staff.
• Prepares and submits reports summarizing loan activity and results.
