Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven history of soliciting, selling, developing, servicing, and structuring a wide range of commercial financings.
• Ability to handle difficult client relationships and negotiations.
• Strong credit skills and independent thinking.

Aufgaben

• Originate, monitor and grow middle market banking relationships with senior management and industry partners.
• Drive credit underwriting, modeling, portfolio monitoring, and risk management duties.
• Coordinate pricing, revenue growth, cross-sell and relationship profitability with product partners.
• Maintain portfolio in compliance with credit policies and applicable regulations.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and represent Citizens in developing relationships.
