Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years related experience.
• Extensive network of outside referral sources for new business.
• Excellent credit and financial analysis skills.
• Refined negotiation skills.
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven business development track record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively executes integrated sales, service, and relationship strategies within the Middle Market to acquire and grow commercial relationships.
• Cross-sell the full range of TD's products and services (lending, treasury, capital markets, investments).
• Lead and implement long- and short-term strategic plans to increase market share and growth.
• Develop new business with prospects with large, complex credit needs.
• Mentor and coach junior Relationship Managers as part of team leadership.
