Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years related experience
• Excellent credit and financial analysis skills
• Proven business development track record
• Extensive network of outside referral sources for new business

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans to increase market share and growth.
• Develop new business with prospects with large credit needs in the portfolio segment.
• Maintain and grow the largest portfolio in the geography through cross-selling and referrals.
• Collaborate with team on loan decisions and client relationships to maximize profitability.
