• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a calling strategy to acquire new middle-market client relationships.
• Serve as primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of diverse and complex middle market commercial relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build a strong network of referral sources and centers of influence, including investment bankers, attorneys, CPAs, business owners, and other professionals.
• Originate and structure complex credit opportunities, including working capital facilities, acquisition financing, equipment finance, owner-occupied real estate, and other commercial credit solutions.
• Partner across Treasury Management, Capital Markets, International Banking, Equipment Finance, and Industry Vertical Specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
