Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager II in Fort Worth to drive new client relationships, new loan fundings, new deposits, and SBA deals for mid-market companies with revenue between $5 million and $25 million.

You will manage a portfolio, meet sales goals, and deliver comprehensive financial solutions across a broad set of industries, with emphasis on risk-aware growth and client-centered service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial banking experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services and financial acumen.
• Formal Credit Training or underwriting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives financial results – build a strategic client acquisition pipeline to deepen and expand the portfolio and bank presence.
• Focuses on the client – ensures appropriate client coverage, understanding objectives, delivering optimal solutions, and best-in-class experiences.
• Partners across the firm – delivers the whole bank through partner engagement from inception to close.
• Knows the business – stays informed on financial markets, regulations, and industry trends relevant to the market.
• Manages risk – identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Manages performance – uses reports and data to manage pipeline and sales production.
