You will originate new business, manage an assigned portfolio, and deliver the bank’s full line of financial solutions to clients with annual sales from $25MM and up.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial banking, plus strong credit, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 5+ years of commercial banking experience required
• Ability to structure complex credit requests and analyze risk

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a calling strategy focused on acquiring new middle‑market client relationships
• Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of diverse and complex middle market commercial relationships
• Build a strong network of referral sources and centers of influence
• Originate and structure complex credit opportunities, including working capital facilities and acquisition financing
• Partner across Treasury Management, Capital Markets, International Banking, Equipment Finance, and Industry Vertical Specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions
