Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager with extensive commercial banking experience to drive new relationships, fundings, deposits, and spend for mid-sized to large clients. You will manage a diverse portfolio across industries, reporting to Market Leaders, with a focus on delivering comprehensive financial solutions and superior client experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years commercial banking experience with middle-market/ corporate focus.
• Credit training or underwriting experience is critical.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet calling metrics and production goals.
• Self-starter with persistence.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Willingness to engage with communities and networks.

Responsabilités

• Build a strategic client acquisition pipeline to deepen the portfolio and expand the Bank’s presence.
• Develop and network in the market to cultivate a robust prospect list and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure client coverage with disciplined calling and understanding of client objectives.
• Collaborate across the firm to deliver the whole bank through partner engagement.
• Stay informed about financial markets, regulations, and industry trends relevant to clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks including regulatory, reputational, and credit risk.
• Use reports and data to actively manage the sales pipeline and performance.
