Texas Capital Bank seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to drive new relationships and funding for mid-market to large corporate clients. You will manage a portfolio, meet sales targets, and deliver comprehensive financial solutions across industries.

Based in Texas, this role requires deep banking knowledge, credit acumen, and collaborative teamwork to achieve long-term client success with attention to risk and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience preferred, including credit analysis/portfolio management.
• Formal Credit Training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent) is critical to success.
• Self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build a strategic client acquisition pipeline to deepen market presence.
• Cultivate a robust prospect list and drive market share and revenue growth.
• Ensure high-quality client coverage with disciplined calling and understanding client objectives.
• Deliver the whole bank solution through cross-functional engagement from inception to close.
• Stay informed on financial products, markets, regulations, and industry trends.
• Identify and mitigate risks across clients and deals.
