Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 and infrastructure deployments for client engagements. You will manage the full lifecycle from discovery through post-cutover support, ensuring high-quality deliverables and profitable outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while managing risks and client expectations. Travel up to 25% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Microsoft 365 deployments from discovery through post-cutover support.
• Experience managing projects valued at $250,000 or more.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution on client engagements either individually or as part of a team.
• Manage full deployments from discovery and planning through cutover and hypercare.
• Oversee M365 and infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
• Create end-user communications and documentation to support implementations.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and expertise.
• Direct project teams and mentor junior staff while managing risks and issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand work with clients and support business development.
