Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to own Modern Workplace offerings for key clients across North America. You will design and implement M365 E3/E5 components, interact with clients, and lead technical solution delivery while supporting the sales cycle with demos and PoCs.

This role requires 3-5 years of hands-on Office 365 experience, strong identity and security expertise, and the ability to travel 15-20% nationally.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and configuration of Modern Workplace components for clients.
• Develop demos and PoCs to support the sales process.
• Draft SOWs and provide high-quality client service across North America.
