Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Senior Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to own Microsoft 365 E3/E5 solutions for key clients across North America. You will design, implement, and lead the Modern Workplace deployments, interact with clients, develop demos/PoCs, and guide technical solutions throughout projects.

Travel approximately 15–20% nationwide; strong collaboration with sales, delivery teams, and clients is essential to enable adoption of the full Microsoft 365 stack.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and related services (Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Intune).
Ability to provide hands-on technical support.
Strong knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and configuration of Microsoft Modern Workplace components for clients.
Develop demos and PoCs to support the sales process and client adoption.
Draft statements of work (SOWs) and identify cross-selling opportunities across the RSM portfolio.
