Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background leading Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects. This client-facing role is responsible for understanding clients' business needs and managing full project deployments from discovery through implementation, cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Significant experience managing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading complete deployments from discovery through post-cutover support.
• Experience managing projects valued at more than $250,000.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project, time, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating end-user documentation and communications.
• Ability to work directly with clients and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution on client engagements.
• Manage full deployments from discovery to post-cutover support.
• Oversee M365 and infrastructure projects over $250,000.
• Manage migrations (SharePoint, Exchange) and Modern Desktop deployments.
• Produce end-user documentation and client communications.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Direct and motivate project teams and manage risks and issues.
• Support business development opportunities with clients.
