Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Significant experience managing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
Experience leading complete deployments from discovery through post-cutover support.
Experience managing projects valued at more than $250,000.
Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution on client engagements, individually or as part of a team.
Manage full project deployments from discovery and planning through cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support.
Lead M365 and infrastructure projects valued at more than $250,000.
Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and keep clients informed about status and outcomes.
Create end-user documentation and communications supporting successful implementations.
Direct and motivate project teams and foster positive stakeholder relationships.
Identify opportunities and support business development activities.
