Job summary

RSM US LLP in the United States seeks a Manager within our Program and Project Management (PPM) practice to lead complex Microsoft programs and major workstreams. You will own execution across multi-workstream initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to VP- and Director-level client stakeholders, partnering with Directors and Principals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise programs in a management consulting setting.
• Experience delivering Microsoft-based programs with budgets of $3M+ and teams of 8+.
• Strong governance, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) on enterprise Microsoft implementations.
• Client-facing with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft field teams and co-sell programs.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft programs and major workstreams (budgets $3M-$8M, teams 10-20).
• Manage multi-workstream initiatives across Dynamics 365 ERP/CE, Power Platform, Azure integration services.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation components using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Establish project governance, RAID, financial tracking, executive status reporting.
• Apply hybrid delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, waterfall).
• Lead OCM activities impacting 100-500+ users.
• Support data and analytics with Power BI and Purview.
• Escalation point for project risks; collaborate with Directors.
• Maintain knowledge of Microsoft licensing (EA, MCA, CSP).
