Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 and infrastructure deployments for clients across the middle market. This client-facing role oversees discovery through implementation, cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support, driving timely delivery, budgets, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading complete deployments from discovery through post-cutover support.
• Experience managing hypercare periods and projects valued at more than $250,000.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project, time, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating end-user documentation and communications.
• Ability to work directly with clients and effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution on client engagements, individually or in teams.
• Manage full deployments from discovery to post-cutover support.
• Oversee M365 and infrastructure projects valued at more than $250,000.
• Oversight of migrations (SharePoint, Exchange) and Modern Desktop initiatives.
• Create end-user documentation and communications.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate progress and outcomes.
• Mentor diverse engagement teams and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
