Job summary

Bank of America in Chicago seeks an accomplished technology leader to build and run enterprise collaboration services, delivering reliable, secure, and cost-effective Microsoft 365 operations aligned to business goals.

You will manage a 200+ person organization, drive performance, risk controls, and governance, and partner with product, security, legal, and finance to enable modern work across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior ownership of Microsoft 365, unified communications, collaboration, or enterprise productivity platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operations for Microsoft 365 workloads and services.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, incident/problem/change management, and executive-level service reporting.
• Experience managing telecom operations, carrier relationships, and collaboration device ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational management of the Microsoft 365 platform and related productivity workloads.
• Establish operating model, service standards, runbooks, escalation paths, and governance for Microsoft 365 services.
• Drive automation, proactive monitoring, and continuous service improvement across collaboration services.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, compliance, finance, HR, and business leadership teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Represent Microsoft 365 Operations in executive forums and major incident reviews.
• Develop talent strategy and sustain a high-accountability operating culture focused on customer experience and operational discipline.
