Job summary
Bank of America seeks an experienced Technology Executive to lead Microsoft 365 Operations and related collaboration services across the enterprise. The role focuses on strategy, reliability, cost control, governance, and executive-level reporting.
You will manage a 200+ person organization, partner with risk, compliance, finance, HR, and legal, and drive modernization and agile delivery practices while maintaining a strong focus on security and user experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- Experience leading Microsoft 365, unified communications, or enterprise productivity platforms.
- Strong IT service management, incident/problem/change management, and governance knowledge.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Microsoft 365 operations, including service reliability and incident management.
- Develop and govern the operating model, runbooks, and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 services.
- Drive automation, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
