Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Solution Architect to lead the Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture and governance across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. You will design scalable, secure, cost-effective solutions with strong governance and operational excellence.

Must have 8+ years in Microsoft platform architecture, 5+ years in Microsoft 365 collaboration, and experience in large global organizations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of Microsoft platform architecture experience.
• 5+ years administering and architecting Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10,000+ users preferred).
• Experience leading enterprise-wide governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture and governance across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva Connections, and related services.
• Develop and maintain collaboration platform roadmaps; define standards and patterns.
• Evaluate new Microsoft features and determine organizational adoption strategies.
• Serve as escalation point for complex platform issues and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Security, Risk, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and security controls.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for adoption, usage, and governance metrics.
