Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Collaboration Lead for a federal client to provide oversight of Microsoft 365 activities in a high-volume environment. You will lead enterprise teams across multiple locations, translating business needs into technical solutions and driving service quality.

The role requires 5+ years in Microsoft cloud environments, 2+ years on M365, and ITIL v4 Foundation, with citizenship and clearances as applicable.

Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s cloud environment.
2+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s M365 platform.
ITIL v4 Foundation
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
U.S. Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day team activities, timelines, and customer relationships.
Lead enterprise-scale M365 initiatives across multiple locations.
Translate business requirements into technical implementations for collaboration services.
Assist with program management tasks including budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and service improvement.
