Job summary

CONVERGE TECH SERVICES LLC is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect for a 4-month contract. The role will lead and personally execute critical M365 initiatives across a multi-location enterprise, including configuring, migrating, and optimizing enterprise cloud environments.

You will drive governance, conditional access, and security controls, while documenting architecture and providing knowledge transfer to IT staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5–7+ years in M365 architecture.
• Hands-on experience configuring Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender.
• Experience implementing conditional access, MFA, device compliance, and Zero Trust.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex M365 issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Architect & execute enterprise M365 initiatives as technical lead.
• Configure and administer tenant optimizations, migrations, and security.
• Develop governance standards, CA strategies, and compliance controls.
• Create architecture diagrams and mentor IT staff with knowledge transfer.
