Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift and guide fellow technicians in a high-availability facility for a major client. You will optimize preventive maintenance, focus on equipment reliability, and support MHE systems such as conveyors, sortation, and SCADA-enabled devices.

You will manage repair tasks, mentor staff, and ensure safe operations while coordinating with client operations. Strong PLC, CMMS, and robotics experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with PLCs, CMMS, SCADA, and robotics is valued.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Mentor technicians and manage work plans for emergencies.
• Maintain work orders in CMMS and support client operations.
